UITDAGING:
Gulpener vroeg ons eind 2011 een strategie en concept te ontwikkelen om een grotere groep consumenten aan zich te binden, meer focus aan te brengen in hun communicatie, en vooral ook onder aan de streep meer bier te verkopen!

DOELGROEP:
Bewuste biergenieters binnen en buiten Limburg.

STRATEGIE EN AANPAK:
Gulpener profileert zich al jaren als duurzame onderneming. Voor consumenten is duurzaamheid een ‘te groot’ en veel te abstract begrip. En als biermerk genereert Gulpener er weinig aandacht en merkvoorkeur mee. Bier drinken moet vooral lekker genieten zijn! Het gedachtegoed van Gulpener rond maatschappelijke duurzaamheid valt echter prima te vertalen op een manier die bierdrinkers raakt. Want duurzaamheid is in de kern 'liefde voor het leven'. Liefde voor het Limburgse leven ook...

RATIONALE:
Gulpener heeft aantoonbaar liefde voor het leven. Gulpener brouwt als enige brouwer in Nederland met water uit eigen bron, met wuivende gerst van boeren uit het eigen heuvelland en sierlijke hop uit eigen tuin. Alleen in Gulpener proef je het gulle Limburgse leven, in elke teug, terug! Vol en zacht van smaak. Verser, lekkerder en eerlijker dan ieder ander bier. Proef het gulle Limburgse leven. Proef de gulle smaak van Gulpener. 

De woord- en klankassociatie tussen gul en Gulpener is een logische en tegelijkertijd een heel functionele. En een lekkere! Qua sfeer, toon en stijl zijn verder de kernbegrippen: warm, menselijk, eerlijk, echt, optimistisch en eigentijds. Tot slot staan bierigheid, trial, activatie en verkoop wat KVHW betreft centraal.

RESULTAAT: 
Gulpener heeft besloten de verdere uitwerking van de campagne door een Limburgs bureau te laten doen.

KLANT: GREEN REAL ESTATE.

UITDAGING:
Ontwikkel een naam, identiteit, deco &#38; signing en communicatiemiddelen voor een nieuw prestigieus gebouw in hartje Leiden. De architect? Roberto Meyer van MVSA Meyer + Van Schooten Architecten. Bekend van ondermeer ING-house, ‘de schoen’ langs de A10 en Nieuw Babylon in Den Haag.

DOELGROEP:
Bewoners en omwonenden van nagelnieuwe hoogbouw bij Leiden Centraal Station. Internationaal van allure. Grootstedelijk en multifunctioneel. Dus met een hotel, een zorghotel, een restaurant, fitness, wellness, parking, winkels, kantoren, parking en het ROC Leiden.

STRATEGIE EN AANPAK: 
Via een aantal diepte-interviews met de architect Roberto Meyer en de directies van het ROC en van Green Real Estate zijn we gekomen tot vijf kernbegrippen ‘rond’ het gebouw: dimensies, interactie, dialoog, perspectief en betekenis. Vervolgens hebben we rond deze kernbegrippen, met gepast respect voor het gebouw, een sfeerschets neergezet. Vanuit die sfeerschets hebben we een long- en een shortlist met namen gepresenteerd.

RESULTAAT: 
Na goedkeuring op de naam hebben we een drietal identiteitsrichtingen gepresenteerd. Inmiddels heeft de directie van Green Real Estate gekozen voor een hoofdrichting en zitten we in de uitwerkingsfase voor het ontwikkelen van de middelen. Binnenkort kunnen we de naam en de identity onthullen. Op dit moment zijn die nog vertrouwelijk. Het gebouw wordt medio 2013 in gebruik genomen.

UITDAGING:
Zes ondernemingswaarden van VNU Media tot leven brengen/activeren: openheid, klantgerichtheid, samenwerken, gedrevenheid, ondernemerschap en professionaliteit.  

DOELGROEP:
300 medewerkers op twee locaties en nieuw te werven medewerkers.  
 
STRATEGIE EN AANPAK:
Uiteraard wilden we VNU Media verder brengen dan de gebruikelijke clichés als work hard, play hard… Allereerst hebben we de vraag teruggebracht tot een zestal mentaliteits-statements. Statements die verbonden zijn met de gedragscriteria waarop medewerkers worden geselecteerd en beoordeeld. 

Vervolgens hebben we vier fases defenieerd: awareness (teasercampagne), understanding (communicatie), involvement (workshops) en ownership &#38; commitment (HR-inbedding). Voor fase 1 en 2 hebben we een set aan communicatie-middelen gemaakt om de mentaliteitsstatements te activeren. Van een kick off, via een tafelvoetbaltoernooi, tot een lipbud. In de workshops (fase 3) en bij de HR-inbedding (fase 4) krijgen de statements hun verdure verdieping. De workshops worden verzorgd door Lonneke Frie van TalentFirst. 

RATIONALE:
Zes prikkelende statements in heldere huisstijlkleuren met een set aan pakkende middelen. De statements? 'Alles is open' voor openheid. 'Er is maar 1 baas' voor klantgerichtheid. '1 + 1 = 11' voor samenwerken. 'Winnen met dubbel l' voor gedrevenheid. 'Dit is je kans' voor ondernemerschap en 'Tot hier en verder' voor professionaliteit. 

RESULTAAT:
Meer focus binnen de organisatie. Meer (gelijk)gerichtheid. Meer trots. Meer samenhang. Kortom een invulling van ondernemingswaarden die ook wérkelijk van waarde is. VNU Media is onlangs overgenomen door De Persgroep.

Samen met Heerko Groefsema maakten we het concept, het storyboard en de content &#38; copy voor een aantal animaties. Voor het investeringsfonds Q-Fund als onderdeel van een presentatie.  Voor Skin 360 van dakbedekker Weijers Eikhout en Flesst valbeveiliging als promo op de bouwbeurs.

UITDAGING:
KWF kankerbestrijding wil een betere aansluiting met een jongere doelgroep. Anders gezegd: meer mensen aanspreken vanaf een jaar of 25.

DOELGROEP:
Fight © richt op pragmatische idealisten, die avonturlijk, actiegericht en positief in het leven staan. 

STRATEGIE EN AANPAK: 
KVHW heeft vanaf scratch een actielabel ontwikkeld: Fight cancer of kortweg Fight ©. Waarbij de c uiteraard voor cancer staat. Fight © gaat, als een jong, eigentijds actielabel, veel verder dan het klassieke doneren. Fight © staat voor actie. Voor doen, denken en kopen. De boodschap? Vier het leven. Vecht tegen kanker. De slogan? Love life. Fight cancer. 

Naast het label en de identiteit heeft KVHW tal van acties en activaties ontwikkeld voor Fight ©. Van de moustache guerrilla (een actie waarbij mannen het laten staan van hun snor konden laten sponsoren), via de Fight the real fight actie op de Miljonairsfair en Beter met Peter (een actie rond verstandig zonnen met weerman Peter Timofeef) tot de Sit on it: een zadelhoesactie die je laat merken dat zaadbalkanker soms dichterbij is dan je denkt. 

Een ander belangrijks aspect van het Fight-label is dat het een actieplatform is voor jongeren zelf. Van flashmob tot charityparty je kunt het allemaal organiseren onder de Fight-vlag. Inmiddels is Fight © uitgegroeid tot een volwaardig sub-label van KWF Kankerbestrijding.

RATIONALE:
Jong. Eigentijds. Frontaal. Positief en activerend zijn de kernwoorden.  

RESULTAAT:
Vergrootte bewustwording en betrokkenheid, tienduizenden Fight © members en tonnen aan sponsoring en donaties om de strijd verder mee aan te gaan.
